Spacious rooms and very nice lobby area to work or hang around.
Too far from the centre but at a nice location. Window had bi viaibility, only daylight coming in.

I think some staff is extraordinary; the facility and buffet.
I was robbed The staff didn’t go out of their way to help me. They did provide the number to the police. No other support was offered. I had no money or credit card with the exception of a few euros I used to pay hotel taxes.
See above There was one woman in the reception area who was outstanding. Extraordinary customer service.

short city break Torino
we booked 2 nights for a short city break to Torino. We have arrived late, the check-in was fast. The hotel has a very convenient location, walking distance from the train station. Within proximity there are some very good restaurants.
the room was at the 8th floor, which is more like a attic, with very small windows which did not close properly. The room had amenities (towels) for 1 person even if we have booked a double room. the mattress was broken on one half, it felt you are falling down. If the arrival was not so late, we would have asked to change the room. I believe the room was cleaned long time before our arrival as the sheets had some dust on it. Very but very dry air in the room.
