What was the highlight of NH Torino Centro Hotel
Great stay. I'll be back for sure!
Being a front desk agent in Switzerland since 2017, I have a certain expertise in the hospitality industry so that I know what I'm saying: very comfy bed and pillows of different kinds. That's amazing. Bath linen was soft and clean: well done to the external cleaning service. A very good breakfast buffet with a wide choice of products, sweet and sour, hot and cold, gluten and lactose free options. The reception, the HK, and the breakfast staff were very polite and willing to help you, and at the phone the front desk agent calls you by name that's very professional: well done and keep doing. The hotel is at 5 minutes walking distance from Porta Susa train station (you can't miss your trains) and the Vinzaglio metro stop just in front with a couple of tramway stops very close but that I didn't use. The location is more or less in the middle of the city and it's easy to reach the historical city center or the Juventus Stadium: for bianconeri fans, Piazza Bernini Is 7 minutes away by bike or 3 metro stops away, very, very convenient.
That's not a complaint but a professional suggestion: the hotel reception was very small for both the employees and the guests: three people working hard in a tiny space with only 2 POSs and 3 queues of guests waiting. It must be improved especially when you have all that space in the entrance hall. But it looked like a temporary solution because of the meeting they were holding, I forgot to ask.

Comfortable modern hotel close to Porta Susa train station
The room was very clean and modern with necessary facilities. WIFI worked well. The breakfast was very good with wide variety of choices and tasty food. The hotel is located close to the Porta Susa train station and bus terminal and next to the tram/bus stop so well connected but it is a bit of walk to the old town.
Coffee/tea making facilities in the room could be ideal.

the location was super good, room was clean, breakfast was quite good.
we booked two rooms, one of them was fine, the other - very hot and it temperature was not regulated properly. WiFi was quite slow

A good, if basic hotel
The breakfast was varied (for Italian hotels), some healthy choices. Overall, good hotel if on business and want to be near the major train stations, just 5 mins from Porta Susa.
